    FOUNDER / 200 RTY Yoga Instructor / Boot Camp & Kickboxing Coach

    I have been practicing yoga for over a decade now and it has taught me so much about myself and how to truly love myself for all that I am including all of my imperfections. Yoga has helped me through the most stressful times in my life and as continue to embrace this practice, I continue to learn that things do happen for a reason so welcome the experiences that pushes you in the right direction.

    My class structure focuses on both the physical practice and meditation allowing space for personal development.

    I enjoy bringing creative sequencing, breathing, strength training and not to mention, laughter to all my classes! I hope to inspire others when it comes to their fitness and personal goals which is why I push the practitioners to their Divine limits.

    I discovered yoga shortly after breaking my back in 2011. It was just one of those "aha" moments, I was laying in savasana one day and my whole body became overwhelmed with joy & tears filled my eyes when I realized I wanted to teach and give this same feeling to as many people as I could.Teaching yoga lights a fire within me, it helps me see the beauty in others, it helps me connect to the earth, the spirit, to the love within us all.My classes are strategically both playful + filled with intention. We breathe, we move, we sweat and hopefully each student leaves with an understanding that yoga is bigger than just a physical practice.

    Yoga Instructor

    Michelle fell in love with the mind, body, breath connection that is yoga in 2014 and has been practicing daily ever since. A teacher at heart, she jumped at the opportunity to expand her knowledge and study to be a yoga instructor herself. She completed her RYT-200 in 2017, followed by her RYT-500 in 2020 at Energy Yoga. In addition to her vinyasa style classes, she also enjoys teaching kids yoga to mini yogis all around south Florida.

    With a focus on conscious breathing and alignment, Michelle’s classes are the perfect balance for students of all levels. Her goal is to share with her students the strength, mindfulness and energy that yoga has brought to her own life.

    Word is that leading with passion is my signature and those who attend my classes can feel that. 10 years of experience has taught me that fitness is for everyone & anyone. There’s a place in my classes for those who are well into their fitness journey, those who have not yet started theirs and everyone in between.

    My name is Lilly! I’m a licensed Zumba instructor and dancer for over 20 years.

    I was born and raised in the Dominican Republic, however, I have taken an adventure around the world to canalized my love for dancing, yielding it together with the personal training industry.

    My drive is dancing but my ultimate goal is having my students get the best out of every session we have together as a team.

    I love meeting new Zumba friends! I have created so many forever lasting friends! That’s the magic of Zumba!

    Spinning Instructor

    Long time Miami Springs resident, graduate of Miami Springs Sr. High School and FIU. Along with husband, Horacio, raised three children in the beautiful community of Miami Springs. Sports and fitness oriented since childhood, member of both track and tennis teams. Along with weight training and more recently yoga, Indoor Cycling has been a passion since 1998 and is certified through the American Sports and Fitness Association as an instructor since 2017.

    Fitness has always been a part of my life consisting of running, swimming and cycling. Since taking my first yoga class, I was instantly captivated and pursued my Yoga Teacher Training. Yoga is a life journey and I am first a student, always growing and continuously learning.

    My aim for students is to help them shine on and off the mat, nurturing the mind and body through yoga. I focus on mindfulness with the goal for students to deepen their practice and feel more balanced in life.
